Seiler Law attorneys are available to serve as your “outside general counsel”, handling all legal matters and questions as they arise, often for a set monthly fee. You will select an attorney who will take part in regularly scheduled team meetings, officiate at board meetings, and otherwise serve the company in whatever capacity is needed, utilizing his or her corporate, contract, consulting, general business and human resources skills to help guide your company.
