Jason understands the challenges entrepreneurs face initiating and implementing a new venture and the daily obstacles preventing business owners from optimizing their operations. His experience in the legal and business fields has provided valuable insights that many other attorneys have not been afforded. Jason has experienced the roadblocks, large and small, that can come from the most unexpected places and the most unanticipated times. His career has taken him from litigation to operating a successful family business, starting up new businesses, and back to law to serve business clients and their families. He is fueled by his drive to help people achieve their vision and find ways to solve problems. Clients love his innate sense of commitment, loyalty, and compassion. Jason’s focus is always on achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.
When he’s not serving clients, Jason is spending time with his wife and son, extended family and friends. Because his son is a toddler, Jason doesn’t have a lot of “free time” on his hands; however, when he does, he enjoys being active around the lakes, enjoying a beverage on the deck with the perfect soundtrack, attending live music events, cheering on one of the doomed local sports teams, or finding a binge-worthy show to stream.
Jason is a graduate of the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and the University of Wisconsin – Madison (B.A. in Sociology). In addition to practicing law, he has professional experience in retail liquor and real estate acquisition, development and management.
